Known as the “Head of School Scholarship Exam,” this assessment serves as a baseline for consideration for potential scholarships. Awards are offered to those outstanding students who score in the top percentile on this exam. The exam is crafted yearly by members of the Prep English and Mathematics Departments and students participating are allotted 60 min. to complete it. All current 7th and 8th Grade students applying to the Prep (for Grades 8 and 9) are welcome to take part in the evening. Light refreshments will be provided. Families should be reminded that participation in the exam is not required for admittance to St. Augustine Prep.

On Thursday, November 3, St. Augustine Preparatory School will host its 14th Annual Quiz Bowl. This Academic competition features over 40 teams and nearly 300 middle school students who will answer questions that include multiple academic disciplines. The event hosted by St. Augustine Prep’s Academic and Admissions Teams has become a fall favorite for visiting students, families, and the Prep Community.

Come and join the most famous fan section in South Jersey as the Hermits of St. Augustine Prep take on the Braves of Williamstown HS. Any 6th, 7th, or 8th-grade student who attends will receive complimentary admission to the game, a hot dog and drink, as well as an official Hermits trucker hat! The RICHLAND ROWDIES™ are proud to announce the return of Accepted Students Night on Tuesday, February 15. You and your entire family are invited to be our guests on campus as the Hermits of St. Augustine Preparatory School take on the Eagles of Paul VI High.

We ask that all families and guests arrive at the Consalo Dining Hall in the Forum between 5:15-5:45 pm in anticipation of the 6:30 pm Varsity tipoff. Adult guests will join our Head of School for a welcome and light dinner before the game. Meanwhile, students will be officially inaugurated into the most energized and loyal group of fans in New Jersey. Complimentary Pizza, Rowdie shirts, prizes, and a halftime shooting contest will take place for the students as well!
