Prep’s Colin McHugh Named Boys’ Swimmer of the Year

Breaking a Meet of Champions record in breaststroke and leading the Prep’s Swim Team to the Non-Public Group A finals, Colin McHugh doesn’t just deserve the recognition of the Daily Journal’s Swimmer of the Year, he’s earned it.
