Date: Wednesday, September 2 | 5 pm-8:30 pm
Rain Date: Thursday, September 3 | 12 pm-3:30 pm

Arrival Notes:

– Registration: All attendees must be pre-registered online (below)!
– Parking Locations (See Map HERE)
—–> Park in Lot A | Last Names A-M. These families will proceed through the Forum Back Entrance 
—–> Park in Lot E |
Last Names N-Z. These families will proceed through the Forum Front Entrance.
– Safety Measures:
All attendees are required to wear a facemask and temperatures will be taken upon arrival. 
– Attendees: Due to spacial limitations, it is preferred that only one parent/guardian attend our orientation. If unavoidable, both parents/guardians will be happily accommodated.
– Student Dress Code: Students will wear the Fall/Spring Uniform (see Dress Code information below)
– Parent Dress Code: Casual

Bus Passes
Our Transportation Director, Mrs. Marianne Carr (mrs.carr@hermits.com), will be stationed outside the Vincent Building to distribute bus passes and answer any transportation questions.

Student Blazer Patches
Many families have already received a Blazer Patch for the upcoming school year. We will have baskets of patches at registration for those families who have yet to receive one. Reminder: Students will not need their blazer until late September when official yearbook class pictures are taken.

Lunch Accounts
You can manage your son’s lunch account on payschoolscentral.com – a program that allows you to track your son’s lunch account and make online deposits towards it. Cash will not be accepted for the early portion of the school year. If you have any questions relating to the Pay Schools Central Program, student lunch accounts, or food allergens, please contact:

ChromeBook Purchasing & Pickup Information

This year St. Augustine Prep Chromebooks (required for the class of 2024) will be purchased online at the link below. Due to COVID related national demand, the arrival time for our Chromebooks has been pushed back to early September. The Class of 2024 will receive their official St. Augustine Prep Chromebooks in school upon their arrival.
