Freshman Experience

Friendships That Last Forever-Sean Becker, Class of 2018

We do not remember the days, we remember the moments.”-Cesare Pavese

It is said that all good things must come to an end. This is true, in the sense that what we enjoyed from this year will be over soon. But, what this doesn’t take into account is the memories that will never fade. My fondest memory is all of the friends I’ve made. In the beginning of the year, I hardly knew anyone in my classes, but now at the end of the year I have met some of my best friends. The bonds and memories that I made with these people will forever be a part of my memories from high school. The days of studying for tests and quizzes long forgotten, don’t have as much linked to them as the days I spent with my friends. When people say all good things must come to an end, they don’t realize that it isn’t always the case. At the end of this year I won’t remember test grades or assignments, I will remember the friendships.
