Keep Them In Blazers

Keep Them In Blazers

Thank you for choosing to support the Keep Them In Blazers program at the Prep.  This is St. Augustine Prep’s transformational life and tuition assistance program that provides deserving students and their families with resources needed when faced with unexpected adversity or need. Thanks to the power of the Keep Them In Blazers program, students and their families have experienced a personalized experience rooted in Augustinian Values and The Brotherhood.

The impact of the Keep Them in Blazers program has inspired a variety of additional named scholarships, all serving the mission of extending the opportunity to attend the Prep to more students than ever before.  One of the newer named funds you may support today is the Sandy Middlesworth Jr., Esq. ’64 P’06 Hermanos Juntos (Brothers Together) Endowed Scholarship.  This fund, spearheaded by Sen. William L. Gormley ’64 and his classmates from the Class of 1964, provides targeted tuition assistance needed to enroll high-achieving under-represented students who do not have the financial means to attend The Prep. These funds provide tuition assistance (up to 50% of the annual tuition), to students for their four years at the Prep, as well as the proper necessary technology required of a twenty-first-century education. In addition, the funds will support summer academic programs which include a study skills program prior to the student’s Freshman year, a Sophomore Survivor program, a leadership learning program prior to the student’s Junior year, a mentorship program, as well as other transformational experiences that prepare students for future success.

Thank you for supporting the Keep Them In Blazers program as part of this year’s Hermits Day of Giving.  To learn more about naming opportunities at the Prep, please contact Nick Sena, Chief Advancement Officer at (856) 697-2600 ext. 137 or sena.nick@hermits.com.
