6th, 7th and 8th-Graders: Find Out What It’s Like to Be a Hermit!
Posted April 29th, 2016
Inquiring middle-schoolers in Southern New Jersey want to know… what’s it like to be a Hermit? Would I fit in at St. Augustine Prep?
To answer those questions and introduce area students to what we offer here at the Prep, we’ve developed the Future Hermits Academic Summer Camp. This four-day camp is open to boys and girls entering grades 6-8, and immerses them in our academic culture. They’ll get an inside view of what it’s “really” like to attend the Prep, and build relationships with faculty and other potential classmates.
Campers will get to experience some of the Science and Technology-driven projects we offer at the school, improve their English composition and reading comprehension, and even take a “mock” entrance exam to see how they would perform as a future Hermit.
If your child is up for a fun challenge this summer, come check us out! We’re offering two sessions this summer for Future Hermits Academic Summer Camp: July 11-14, and July 18-21 from 9am to 1pm (lunch included)
Parents, you’re welcome to attend an admissions information session at the end of camp as well. Find out more by contacting Mr.Cappuccio@hermits.com. We hope to see you here!
