Attention Sophomore Parents: Practice SATs Upcoming
Posted January 29th, 2013
As in years past, The Princeton Review will administer a practice SAT for our sophomores. It is a FREE service and will take place on Saturday, March 16, at 8:45 a.m. This will be an opportunity for students to experience a full-length SAT exam and receive a detailed score report which will be furnished by The Princeton Review on April 9.
New this year, a practice ACT will be offered to sophomores and juniors on February 23 at 8:45 a.m. The ACT is an alternative to the SAT and is accepted by most colleges and universities. The Princeton Review will also hold a “Scores Back” Night on Tuesday, March 19 to help decipher the results of the ACT test and identify problem areas.
As you know, standardized tests are a major component in the college application process and we strongly recommend our sophomores take advantage of this opportunity. To do so, please e-mail Mrs.Castelli@hermits.com to reserve a spot. Again, there is no charge! If you have any questions or concerns contact Mrs. Brooke Coyle: Mrs.Coyle@hermits.com.
Thank you!
