Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises and the Weather
Posted May 13th, 2014
The Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises for the Class of 2014 are scheduled for this Sunday, May 18. Pending any prohibitive weather, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the field along the Railroad Boulevard-side of the Forum. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Rodio Gymnasium. The decision regarding the location of Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises will be made on Thursday, May 15. If the decision is made to move the services indoors, you will be notified via the Honeywell Instant Alert System.
As stated on the Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises webpage under the Information for Senior Parents/Guardians section entitled Ticketing Information, each family has received eight (8) tickets in total for graduation: five (5) blue and three (3) white tickets. Both blue and white tickets will be honored for the outdoor graduation, but if the ceremonies are moved indoors, only those attendees bearing the blue tickets will be admitted into the Rodio Gymnasium to watch the ceremony in person. The white-ticket bearers will be admitted to the Consalo Dining Hall to watch live video of the Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises on the projector screen. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please refer to the Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises webpage at any time for the most comprehensive information on graduation.
