Basketball Camps for Boys and Girls at the Prep
Posted May 4th, 2016
If you have a son or a daughter who is interested in learning to play basketball, we have two great summer basketball camp sessions for general enrollment to choose from, as well as an invitational. All are coached by Paul A. Rodio and his staff.
SESSION I: July 11-14 for Boys and Girls Entering Grades 4-7
Coach Rodio pulls out the stops from 9am to 2pm in this action-packed week of basketball fun and learning. Children concentrate on the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, teamwork and more. Register for Session I Here.
SESSION II: July 18-21 for Boys Grades 8-11
His high-intensity, advanced camp is geared toward students who want to improve their basketball skills at a competitive level. It is open to rising 8th graders and all high school student-athletes. Shooting, passing, defense, ball handling, teamwork and competitive games are on tap (and more). Register for Session II Here.
SESSION III: July 25-28 (Invitation Only for Rising 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Graders)
Invitations have not been sent for this event, but will go out as early as July 10th. This camp is geared towards young, talented kids who are ready to improve their competitive skills. Drills, stations and coaching philosophy are some of the topics instructed, and selected players from different areas will compete against one another in games. If invited, you must also register.
