Caritas Project Makes a Difference

Seniors, Phillip Leonetti and Vincent Zanghi spent their summer at the Citizens United Maurice River. They helped to collect samples of dragonflies for the NPS mercury testing, built osprey platforms, cleared platforms that were overbuilt, taught underprivileged children about the environment and constructed an endangered spieces nest.

Phillip and Vincent hope to pass this Caritas project down to one of their Hermit brothers and have it become a yearly tradition.
