Chef Vola’s Fundraiser Sells Out for Fourth Straight Year

On Sunday, January 29, over 70 guests dined at Atlantic City’s Chef Vola’s Restaurant to help support St. Augustine Prep’s St. Thomas of Villanova Grant Fund.  The merit-based grant is the school’s largest source of financial aid awarded to students based strictly on proven family need.

The four-course dinner featured wine, salad, pasta, seven entrées, and dessert.

Mr. & Mrs. Michael Esposito, Michael ’85, and Louis ’87, proprietors of Chef Vola’s, generously hosted the event for the fourth consecutive year.

A special thanks goes out to Phil Brunozzi ’96, proprietor of Annata Wine Bar, for donating wine and Mr. & Mrs. George Siganos for providing complimentary parking for all of the guests.

St. Augustine Prep is also proud to announce that Louis’s son, Louis J. Esposito, has been accepted to the Class of 2016.
