February Hermits of the Month

Posted February 8th, 2013

Each month, the St. Augustine Prep highlights the day-to-day lives of various Prep students who exemplify what it truly means to be a “Christian Gentleman” in the charism of our patron, St. Augustine.  These young men are designated as “Hermits of the Month.”

Hermits of the Month for February are:  senior Kyle Brandt, junior McClellan Knapp, sophomore Michael Toner, and freshman William McMenamin.

These students were nominated by members of the faculty, who were asked to describe their selections in three words.  Kyle Brandt, from Medford, was characterized as honorable, compassionate, and selfless.  McClellan Knapp, who lives in Vineland, was portrayed as engaging, friendly, and sincere.  Michael Toner, from Northfield, was noted as conscientious, loyal, and motivated.  William McMenamin, who lives in Longport, was described as outgoing, confident, and motivated.

Congratulations to this month’s honorees!
