Fr. Reilly Appointed to the Board of Trustees of NJAIS

On Thursday, May 22, Fr. Donald F. Reilly, O.S.A., D.Min., the President of St. Augustine Prep, received word that he had been voted in as the newest member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS).

He served as a member of the North American Conference of Augustinian Provincials.   In that role he provided leadership for the funding of the Augustinian Values Institute which fosters Augustinian values in secondary schools throughout North America and the English-speaking world.  As co-founder of Siloam Ministries in Philadelphia, Fr. Reilly created the infrastructure and promoted public awareness of the organization which serves HIV/Aids victims and families.

Currently, Fr. Reilly serves on the Board of MEDIFAST, Inc. Among the many recognitions of Fr. Reilly’s accomplishments are the Faithful Servant Award from St. Patrick’s College, Maynooth County, Kildare Ireland; the Urban Angel Award from the New York Theological Seminary; and an honorary doctorate  in Augustinian Education from Merrimack College.
