Prep Talk
Giving Tree Gifts Due Friday, December 12th
Posted December 7th, 2014
The Prep is a very generous, caring, and giving community by nature. We are asking our families to join together and help the less fortunate this Christmas season. In these difficult financial times, this generosity is a great relief to those who cannot afford gifts during the holiday season. We hope that all our families respond positively to this appeal. We have a number of organizations which have asked for our help, including the MLK Daycare Centers in Camden and Sicklerville and Holy Name Parish. All gifts are to be brought to the students’ Theology teachers – they are to be unwrapped with the tag taped on the gift. Gifts are due by Friday, December 12th.
These are the gifts we are looking to have donated:
- Infant Gifts (board books with hard pages are suggested)
- Two Years Old (stacking or sorting shape toys, plush toys, or toys that make music are suggested)
- Three to Five Years Old (Boys – should be educational, No war toys or soldiers / Girls – should be educational, No stuffed animals)
- Six to Fourteen Years Old (boards games, educational toys and the like)
Hermits are always ready to help! We notice and we respond!
