Hermits Rugby All Stars Have Been Announced

Our Hermits Rugby team practices hard, plays hard, and is committed to the sport and the team. This effort shows as players were recently named by the New Jersey State Rugby Organization to the First Team All New Jersey. Only one player was chosen for each position state-wide and players were chosen by other coaches and referees who saw the team play. Join us in congratulating Tom Lynd, Trent Seibert, Billy Lyons, and Connor Mahoney.  Four players received Honorable Mention: Nik Matus, Jarred Hodges, Ryan McKeever, and Alec Wolf.

In addition, Varsity players Tom Lynd, Steve Gravenor, Trent Seibert, Billy Lyons, Connor Mahoney, and Junior Varsity players Adam Borai, Pat McMaster, and Ryan Lynd were asked to try out for the All New Jersey State Team to represent the state in the Mid-Atlantic Tournament.

According to Coach Lewis, “This is the best Rugby team to grace our fields to date.”  Talk about Hermit Pride!
