Inspiring Leadership and Innovation: Veritas Speaker Series Welcomes Mr. Tony Rodio P’12 and Mr. T. Eric Reich P’26 ’28

The Veritas Speaker Series at St. Augustine Prep continues to deliver transformative experiences, connecting students with accomplished leaders whose careers embody perseverance, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. As part of the school’s Innovation and Experiential Learning initiative, the series provides students with opportunities to engage directly with experts from diverse industries, encouraging them to embrace challenges, foster creativity, and pursue leadership in their future endeavors.
Over the past week, the Prep welcomed two exceptional speakers:
Mr. T. Eric Reich P’26 ’28, President of Reich Asset Management, brought his extensive experience in asset management and financial planning to the forefront. Emphasizing the value of perseverance, innovation, and leading with integrity, Mr. Reich inspired students to focus on doing the hard work that others often avoid. His advice on balancing risk, fostering trust, and building strong organizations resonated deeply with students exploring careers in business and leadership.
Mr. Tony Rodio P’12, CEO of Caesars Entertainment Corporation, shared his journey from starting as an accounting clerk in the casino industry to leading some of the most renowned gaming brands in the world. Highlighting the importance of hard work, humility, and genuine care for one’s team, Mr. Rodio urged students to approach every role with an entrepreneurial mindset. His insights on leadership, trust, and creating opportunities for others provided a powerful blueprint for success in any industry.
The Veritas Speaker Series remains a cornerstone of the Prep’s mission to nurture future leaders.
