Throughout the month of December, the Interact Club collected toiletries for the Together Youth Shelter in Glassboro, NJ. The shelter is operated by the Center for Family Services. On December 13, club members met in classroom 54 to categorize the donations and to assemble packages. On December 19, three club members (Vincent Silvanio, Michael Scarpato, and Carl Shroeder) and club moderator, Mrs. Nancy McHugh, traveled to the shelter to deliver the items. After the trip, the students discussed their own personal blessings.
