January Hermits of the Month

St. Augustine Prep is proud of all our students. Our young men are involved in numerous activities, sports, and service projects both in school and off campus. Each month, the school highlights the day-to-day lives of various Prep students who exemplify what it truly means to be a “Christian Gentleman” in the charism of our patron, St. Augustine. These young men are designated as “Hermits of the Month.”

Hermits of the Month for January are: Kevin Kennedy (Class of 2014), Timothy Buchanan (Class of 2015), Kristopher Morgenweck (Class of 2016), and Matthew Fisher (Class of 2017).

These students were nominated by members of the faculty, who were asked to describe their selections in three words. Kevin Kennedy, from Medford, was noted as solid, loyal, and selfless. Tim Buchanan, from Cape May Court House, was characterized as involved, ambitious, and dependable. Kris Morgenweck, who lives in Estelle Manor, was described as good-natured, optimistic, and persistent. Matt Fisher, from Chesilhurst, was portrayed as focused, gracious, and honest.
