Job Shadow Program Waiver

All participants in the Job Shadow Program should have received an e-mail correspondence from the business/person with whom they are shadowing to establish the specifics of your participation (date/time/dress code, etc). Be sure to respond professionally. The Guidance Department will hold a mandatory Pre-Shadow Meeting on Tuesday, February 11, during Activities Period. All participants must attend.

A signed Waiver Form (click here) must be returned to the guidance office by Tuesday, February 11, in order to participate in the Job Shadow Program; no exceptions.
