Johns Hopkins University Names St. Augustine Prep Alumnus as Bloomberg Scholar

Posted November 11th, 2011

Congratulations to Thomas Andreaci, a 2010 St. Augustine Prep graduate and a current sophomore at Johns Hopkins University, on being selected as a Bloomberg Scholar.  This highly competitive and prominent award will provide Tom funding that will be renewed each year based on academic progress and financial need.

Bloomberg Scholarships were originally established through an extraordinary gift from Michael Bloomberg, Hopkins alumnus (Engineering ’64) and chairman of the Board of Trustees. These awards were continued through the generosity of an anonymous donor, and they will continue to bear Mr. Bloomberg’s name, recognizing all that he has contributed to Johns Hopkins University.

Bravo to Tom on his outstanding performance.
