NJAIS Trustee Enrichment Day
Each year the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS) sponsors a full-day of professional development seminars for independent school trustees and school heads. The event includes a wide range of seminars throughout the day, ranging from financial planning to governance to strategic planning, to master campus planning.
Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, NJ was the host school this year. The key note talk was “A Conversation: The Disruptive Potential of Technology for Independent Schools.” Representing the Prep (in the photo left to right) were: Fr. Donald Reilly, O.S.A., President, Board Members – Mark D’Onofrio, Dana Catalana, Bob Baxter, William Laugh and Dr. James Devine, Executive Assistant to the President. Damian Long (not pictured) from the Prep’s Guidance and Counseling Department also attended as a participant in the NJAIS Leadership Institute.
