Because of obsolete equipment, a new process for obtaining a replacement ID card has been adopted. New cards will now be produced off campus and will not be available immediately. The procedure to order a replacement ID card will remain the same. Students should report to the Bursar in the Main Office of the Forum. For a fee of $5.00, she will issue a receipt for a replacement card along with further instructions. The new card will be available in 3 to 5 business days after it is ordered. A temporary certificate to access lunch accounts can still be issued, but certain activities, such as taking standardized tests and going on field trips, require an official school ID card. If a new ID card is needed, it should be ordered as soon as possible.
