Prep Freshman Track Team Runs into New Records

Bringing home medals and breaking records–that’s the MO of our 5 man freshman track mid-distance/distance squad! The team of Blaise Collins, Justin Wright, Will Martini, and Nick Simila won the freshman 4x800m in April at the Crusader Freshman/Novice Meet where they beat out the best JV time by :10 seconds. At the South Jersey Open Relay event, they won the 4x800m yet again, this time beating their previous best time by :24 seconds.  Not stopping there, the team of Casey Collins, Justin Wright, Nick Simila, and Will Martini also took 3rd in the Distance Medley Relay. Way to go guys! Hermit Pride!
