Prep Students Participate in Big Brothers Program
Posted March 1st, 2015
The Big Brothers program at the Prep has been running for thirteen years, with participation from juniors and seniors with an overall grade average of 85. Before students are able to participate in the program, they are interviewed by an Atlantic County Big Brother/Big Sister Representative and then matched to a “Little” based on personalities. The Prep “Bigs” are matched with “Littles” at Folsom Elementary School in Hammonton, in grades K through 8th. Twice a month the matched students spend time playing games, doing homework, or reading. Many of our Big Brothers have continued the program into college.
