Prep Wrestler Inducted into South Jersey Wrestling Hall of Fame

On Monday, April 23, St. Augustine Prep wrestler Joe Esposito (Class of 2012) was inducted into the South Jersey Wrestling Hall of Fame. Joe was honored at the Region 7/8 banquet dinner. In addition to his induction into the SJWHOF, Esposito also received the South Jersey Wrestling Association Scholarship Award.

Fellow Hermit wrestler, Mark Patterson (Class of 2012), was also recognized at the dinner and received the Spence Van Maussner Memorial Scholarship. The April 23 event marks the first time that Prep wrestlers have received these prestigious scholarship awards.
