St. Augustine Prep Among Few Schools in U.S. to Offer Computer Programming
Posted February 18th, 2014
ScholasticAdministrator.com published a statistic in their Winter 2014 edition that 9 out of 10 schools in America do not offer computer programming classes to their students (you can see the page here). That puts St. Augustine Prep amongst those 10 percent of schools that are offering computer programming. The Prep currently offers Computer Programming I and II, Computer Aided Design (CAD) I and II, Web Design, and AP Computer Science. The Academics Office is taking computer science one step further by requiring that every student, beginning with the Class of 2017, take at least one semester of computer coding.
