St. Augustine Prep Flag Team

Freshmen Dominic Curcio, Joey O’Keefe, Connor Crowley and Mike Visalli partnered this year to form St. Augustine Prep’s Flag Team.  Their love of country and respect for our flag is apparent in these Hermit scouts.  Dominic, Joey and Connor are current boy scouts while Mike is a former boy scout.  Before each day the students hang our flags in three spots; the baseball field, the football field and outside of Augustinian Hall.  At the end of the day you will see the flags being taken down and folded by our Flag Team.  Connor makes sure to check halfstaff.org and the State of New Jersey websites for proper flag protocol (i.e. half-staff).  We are proud of their hard work and dedication.  #hermitpride

 

The Flag Team will be collecting old flags that need to be retired.  Please bring them to the Academic Office by Thursday, December 17th, no later than 2:30 p.m.
