St. Augustine Prep Students Serve as Eucharistic Ministers

Be it in the classroom, on the playing field, volunteering, or celebrating Mass, St. Augustine Prep students are engaged. But now at weekly Masses there is a new level of participation, as eleven students serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. The students were trained and certified to distribute Holy Communion during Masses at St. Augustine Preparatory School. On Wednesday, February 11th, the new Eucharistic Ministers (EM) distributed Communion for the first time to their parents, fellow students, faculty, and staff, as shown in the featured photo above.
