Posted December 18th, 2015

Arjun Mathur ’18, a sophomore from Northfield, NJ is this week’s student spotlight.

When asked what makes St. Augustine Prep a special place, Arjun said it was hard to describe.  He spoke of the brotherhood, the community, the academics and comfort of the Prep.  However, what means the most to him is that he feels at home here at St. Augustine.

Arjun’s Public Speaking teacher, Mr. Broomell, commented “Arjun is a social, smart and kind young man who is always prepared for class and very ambitious.”  Mr. Broomell also noted Arjun’s service to others as they traveled to West Virginia last year and participated in Habitat for Humanity.

Arjun looks forward to Christmas break where he plans to relax, spend time with his family and also play a little tennis at Greate Bay.
