Students, Families, and Friends Invited to Attend “Kickoff Classic” on August 24

On Saturday, August 24, St. Augustine Prep is holding the first-ever “Kickoff Classic” on the Athletic grounds to celebrate the beginning of the new Academic and Athletic year 2013-2014. The festivities surround three home scrimmages which will mark the beginning of the 2013 Fall sports season: Freshman Football versus Mainland at 10:00 a.m., Varsity Soccer versus Cedar Creek at 11:00 a.m., and Varsity Football versus Mainland at 12:00 p.m.

Food will be provided in part by the famous tailgate prepared by the parents of the Crew Team. The event will feature burgers, hot dogs, a pig roast, cotton candy, water ice, a Beer Garden, and more! The cost to attend the event is $15 per person (with a maximum cost of $40 per family) and includes admission to all three games, all-you-can-eat food, and unlimited drinks throughout the day.
