Students Unveil Electronic Car-Charging Stations on Campus

On Friday, March 15, St. Augustine Prep students Jared Walters (Class of 2013) and Velton Koons (Class of 2013) conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil the two new electronic car-charging stations on campus (read more about the project here).

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Assemblyman Chris Brown, Buena Vista Township Deputy Mayor Richard Harlan, and Committeeman Peter Bylone. Also in attendance were the sponsors of the project, Michael D’Ottavio of D’Ottavio M. Produce and Ray Palmieri of Palmieri Electric (a third project sponsor, Robert McCormick of Vineland GM Toyota, was unable to attend).
