Teacher Spotlight: Mrs. Diana Bertonazzi

Earlier this year, the Philadelphia Eagles confirmed what our entire Prep Family has known for years – Mrs. Diana Bertonazzi is a transcendent talent in the classroom. Her expertise and dedication as an educator was rewarded in the form of designation as an Axalta All-Pro Teacher by the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles. Sophomores William Craig and Frank Mazzuca took the opportunity to interview their superstar teacher in this weeks offering of the Prep’s “Teacher Spotlight.”
The duo talks to “Mrs. B” about the journey that led to her taking a position at St. Augustine as well as her student-friendly and thoughtful approach in the classroom. In being just as innovative as she is as a teacher, Mrs. Bertonazzi flips the script as she throws a question back at William and Frankie mid-interview! Not even the sounds of the ever-evolving campus at St. Augustine could drown out our beloved Mrs. B.
