TRIO OF HERMITS GARNER NATIONWIDE RECOGNITION

Three Hermits were recognized for their accomplishments within the classroom and also for their service to the community.
Ryley Bennett (’17) – $2,500 SNJ Today Hometown Heroes Scholarship
Ryley was presented with the Hometown Heroes Scholarship at the Vineland Rotary Club’s annual Scholarship and Recognition event at Merighi’s Savoy Inn in East Vineland, NJ. Thirteen scholarships with a grand total of $21,000 were awarded to 16 of the area’s finest students.
Anthony Olivio (’19) – Silver Congressional Award
Robert Cuff (’20) – Bronze Congressional Award
The U.S. Congress established the Congressional Award to recognize initiative, achievement and service in young people ages 14 to 23. The program involves setting goals in four program areas, Volunteer Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness and Expedition/Exploration.
The pair of Hermits were recognized at a ceremony held at Lakeside Middle School and attended by U.S. Representative Frank A. LoBiondo.
We are proud of Ryley, Anthony, Robert and all of our Hermits for their fine representation of St. Augustine Prep throughout the past school year!
