Overnight Accommodations
The Flanders have blocked off a series of rooms at discounted prices: 15% for one night (Friday) and 20% for two-night (Friday-Saturday) stays. Anyone booking discounted accommodations would need to call The Flanders Hotel and mention the St. Augustine Winter Social room block.
Entrees
French Chicken
Succulent boneless chicken breast with caramelized onion broth topped with melted gruyere cheese served with fingerling potatoes and haricot verts.
Salmon
Oven-roasted salmon with a warm tomato salad served with fingerling potatoes and haricot verts.
Short Ribs
Slow-braised short ribs complemented with velvety butternut squash and carrot puree served with fingerling potatoes and haricot verts.
Vegetarian Option
Eggplant Napoleon
Grilled eggplant layered and stacked with fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella drizzled with olive oil and a balsamic glaze served with fingerling potatoes and haricot verts.
