Office of the Head of School
The Head of the School is appointed by the Prior Provincial of the Province of St. Thomas of Villanova, in collaboration with the Members Corporation and the Board of Directors. Ordinarily, the Head of School will be a member of the Order of St. Augustine. The Head of School serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the School, applying strategic leadership, vision, and creative thinking in support of the Prep’s mission. In this role he is supported by members of the Leadership Team. The Head of School may enter into and execute, in the name of the Prep, contracts or other instruments necessary to conduct the business affairs of the school. He is primarily responsible for all matters pertaining to academic and student leadership programs, enrollment management, finances, human resources, maintenance of the school’s buildings and campus, and the religious and moral welfare of the students. The President is also responsible for external communications, information technology, alumni relations, and advancement (which includes annual giving, endowment, and planned giving). The Head of School is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and of all committees of the Board.Get to Know Our Head of School

Council of Deans
The Dean of Academics, the Dean of Student Leadership, and the Dean of Enrollment make up the Council of Deans. Collectively, they run the day-to-day operations of the school. The Deans work directly with the Head of School to carry out the mission of the school in the classrooms, hallways, and athletic arenas.
The Leadership Team of the Head of School’s Cabinet is comprised of the Executive Assistant to the President, the Dean of Academics, the Dean of Student Leadership, the Dean of the Enrollment Management, the Executive Director for Advancement, the Executive Director of Information Technology and the Senior Finance Director.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors at St. Augustine Prep consists of 15 members representing community, business, and Augustinian leaders from throughout Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. They meet regularly to plan the future of St. Augustine Prep and the students we serve.Get to Know Our Board
