Prep Alum and Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Representative Speaks to Students

St. Augustine Prep Alum Mr. Dean Wetty ’09 spoke with students interested in pursuing a degree in Pharmacy. During his presentation, Mr. Wetty provided a general overview of the many areas of opportunities within the field. He also spoke about the huge responsibility in managing a patient’s prescriptions, to know what medicines may interact with other prescriptions, and the safety of patients while on the medications.

Mr. Wetty is enrolled at The University of the Sciences – Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and is graduating in May with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. We appreciate Mr. Wetty taking the time to speak with our students.
