Iaconelli ’10 earns Doctorate from Ohio State University

Posted May 26th, 2021

It’s that time of year where the hard work of our Hermits in the classroom is rewarded with the ultimate prize, a degree. This experience is not reserved for our Hermits in Richland but also for our Hermit Brothers who have continued to further their education. Ryan Iaconelli, a proud Prep graduate from the Class of 2010, is one of these distinguished Hermits who recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a doctorate in Educational Studies.

Ryan’s impressive educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University as well as a master’s degree in experimental psychology which he earned from Villanova University. His doctorate comes with a specialization in Educational Psychology with students’ motivation, engagement, and success serving as the focus of his research.

The Hermit Brotherhood joins the entire school community in congratulating Ryan and his family on this wonderful accomplishment!
