Brandon Tomasello Sings Sinatra

Posted November 13th, 2012

Join us for an afternoon of Frank Sinatra standards sung by the critically acclaimed Brandon Tomasello. On Sunday, November 25, at 3:00 p.m., Mr. Tomasello will perform a concert for the Cape May Food Closet at The First Presbyterian Church of Cape May, 500 Hughes Street.

Brandon Tomasello entered the Philadelphia Performing Arts Charter School as a third grade student.  Even in the school’s first year in existence, the experience enabled Brandon’s unique voice to be discovered.  In that very same year, he was offered a spot in the prestigious Philadelphia Boys’ Choir. During his two year tenure with them, he performed on a variety of stages and was also given the opportunity to study the vocal arts under some of the most talented instructors in the city.  After graduating from the Performing Arts Charter School in 2006, Brandon continued to pursue his love of music and the unique sound of Frank Sinatra.

St. Augustine Prep Senior Michael Mottola is hosting this concert as part of his Caritas Project, which requires each student to spend at least 100 hours “giving back.”  The Cape May Food Closet provides food for approximately 100 families a month, including delivery to 25 shut-ins. The organization, located at The First Presbyterian Church of Cape May, covers Cape May, West Cape May, North Cape May, Cape May Point and Villas.

Please come and support this worthwhile project.  Tickets are $12 (now through November 22) and can be purchased by calling 609-884-3949.  Tickets will be $15 at the door.  Seating is limited.
