Welcome students and parents to a new academic year! As you may be aware, we have successfully launched Family Connection. All seniors are now registered and actively utilizing the program with assistance from their college guidance counselor.  This week the junior class was introduced to Family Connection and  they should be registering and investigating the site. Family Connection is a college planning and career assessment tool which will serve as our central college guidance communication site. Discover and explore the many college resources available on Family Connection.

Approval to be excused from class

Students must seek approval from their teacher to attend a college presentation.

Seniors, once you are registered to attend a college presentation (in Family Connenction) an e-mail will be sent to you from Family Connection confirming your registration.  Print the e-mail and present it to your teacher for approval. By signing the e-mail the teacher is excusing your absence from class. Bring the approved (signed) e-mail to Mrs. Kitchen in the Media Center prior to the college visit.

Juniors interested in attending a college presentation must register in the Media Center.  Mrs. Kitchen will issue you a pass to present to your teacher for approval.   Return the signed pass to Mrs. Kitchen prior to the college visit.
