History Students Visit Constitution Center

Posted February 1st, 2013

On January 28, 43 students in the U.S. History classes of Mr. Joseph Carmichael and Mr. Donald Casolaro spent the day at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.  The focus of the visit was the special (limited) exhibit entitled “American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition,” a topic which the U.S. History II classes are currently studying.

The field trip gave the students a greater understanding of why the United States Constitution has withstood the test of time.
