In Memoriam: Matthew Glass (Class of 2011)

The Brotherhood of St. Augustine Prep lost one of its own on Monday, October 22, when the motorcycle that Matt Glass (Class of 2011) was driving collided with a vehicle just east of the Philadelphia University campus where Glass was a student.

News of the accident spread quickly, with several students and teachers receiving word yesterday via text messages and phone calls. The entire St. Augustine Prep community is profoundly affected by this loss. The thoughts and prayers of every Hermit Brother is with Matt’s family, particularly with his brother, Jacob, also of the Class of 2011.

We will be providing information about the funeral services for Matthew Glass in this publication as soon as they become available.
