Institutional Advancement Seeking Gifts for A Night at the Forum

On Saturday, May 5, 2012, St. Augustine Preparatory School will be hosting the 2012 Night at the Forum, formerly known as The BLAST. The evening will feature a Live Auction, 50/50 raffle and Chinese Auction, a mouth-watering food fantasy, endless open bar, and exquisite desserts. Approximately 400 people are expected to attend the Cinco de Mayo themed event.

We need your help to make the auction a success.  If there is anything you could offer as a gift, we would appreciate you dropping it off or sending an e-mail to describe the item.  Some examples of the types of donations are tickets to sporting events, concerts or plays; electronics or exercise equipment; jewelry; and vacation properties.

All proceeds will assist us in providing academic enrichment programs for our students, faculty and staff development opportunities, as well as need and merit-based scholarships.
