Mr. McNabb Recognized for Commitment to Social Justice

On Thursday, February 7, the Sisters of the Holy Child Jesus honored St. Augustine Prep Campus Minister Mr. Christopher McNabb with the Society’s 2013 Holy Child Spirit and Faith in Action Honorees.

The Holy Child Spirit Award is bestowed annually upon individuals who exemplify the service that is characteristic of the Sisters of the Holy Child. Mr. McNabb has served as a Franciscan Volunteer Minister at St. Anthony of Padua in Camden, where he provided pastoral services to migrant horse groomers living and working at race tracks. He has also served those living with HIV/AIDS and has travelled internationally to study human rights violations. He has been working at St. Augustine Prep since 2012.
