Student Email Policy

School policy prohibits communications to your son’s personal email address. Every student is provided a school email address Many of your sons may have forgotten how to access their Hermits’ inbox or did not go through the drill last year of establishing a secure password to access it. There will be a lot of important communiques sent to your son(s) from their teachers and school administrators.

Please have them try to access their Hermits’ email. Instructions are located at If they cannot access their email, it is likely a password issue. Have them email last name, first name, year of graduation and a password they want to use with the following requirements:

At least one capital
At least one lower case
At least one number
At least 8 in length
